PROJECT MANAGER - Victoria, BC
Torry and Sons Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Project Manager in the Victoria area. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with excellent time management skills, self disciplined with the ability to direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Experience in managing a ‘Full Mechanical’ commercial project will be considered an asset.
Job duties include:
- Defining project scope, goals and expectations that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
- Lead and manage manpower, ensuring the completion of set project goals and objectives, within budget targets.
- Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, utilizing excellent communication skills
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential complications and problem solve to meet deadlines.
- Must be accessible outside of regular work hours if necessary.
