Staff Information Seminars

As part of our desire to grow and expand our knowledge base, we have started having staff information seminars twice a month. Two of our employees present on a topic of their choice and become the “expert” on their topic. So far we have had the pleasure of learning about Indoor Air Quality, Tankless Water Heaters and the benefits of our Preventative Maintenance Program.

Torry and Sons Plumbing and Heating Ltd. was established in the Comox Valley in 1981.
We have grown over the past 30 years into one of the most successful mechanical contracting companies on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

We are a fully integrated mechanical contracting company and provide residential, commercial and industrial services.

Our residential department provides services in plumbing and heating for new builds or renovations. If you are looking for a custom kitchen or bath or a state of the art heating & cooling system, we have it covered. When you hire Torry and Sons you have the comfort of knowing that we stand behind all of our trades.

We also offer a 24 hour Emergency Service Department that provides services in plumbing and heating maintenance and repairs. Our dedicated techs will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer servicing all makes and models of heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, fireplaces and air conditioning units for commercial and residential. Our ASTT certified Fire Protection division has extensive experience with sprinkler systems wet and dry, backflows, foam and gas systems and fire pumps, we are proud to offer a full range of fire protection inspection including sprinklers, backflows, alarm panels, emergency lighting, smoke detectors and extinguishers.
